These terms define the platform's reference-pricing and offline-transaction boundaries.
Business accounts
Accounts are intended for authorised business representatives. You are responsible for accurate company information and for keeping account credentials secure.
Reference pricing
Displayed prices and estimated totals are non-binding reference information. They are not guaranteed offers, manufacturer suggested retail prices, or live market prices.
Transaction compliance review
Internal company-verification approval only permits submission of a transaction intent; it does not mean that a final transaction is approved. Before any proposed transaction proceeds, a professional service provider will be engaged to conduct KYC, sanctions, and anti-money-laundering compliance checks. The platform or its service provider may request additional information and may stop a transaction that does not pass review.
Offline transaction
The website records transaction intents and communications only. It does not process online payments, refunds, logistics, or escrow. Inspection, payment, delivery, and final settlement are completed offline.
Product information
Product specifications are based on publicly available manufacturer information and should be independently confirmed before a transaction is finalised.
Review before production use
These terms require final legal review before the platform accepts real company information or production transactions.
